ABOUT THIS PRODUCTION:
A festive celebration of identity, community, joy and resilience at Downtown Denver Arts and Venue's Sculpture Park where audiences helped to write today’s folklore for the future! Bharatanatyam dance artist Nadhi Thekkek of Nava Dance Theatre and queer interdisciplinary artist, performer Black Benatar (aka Beatrice Thomas) from the Bay Area, HOLDTIGHT Company, Japanese Arts Network, CDS Creative Productions, and violinists Ana Luna and Lannie Shelton presented an immersive ‘happening’ which explores the cultural intersectionalities between traditional expectations and contemporary desires in the myriad ways we say Hello, Goodbye, and I Love You.
This event was supported by Denver Arts & Venues through the Cultural Partner Activation Program
